This Refund & Return Policy applies to orders placed on THE KORNER (thekorner.shop), operated by FLKO Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea ("we", "us"). During our initial launch, all orders are collected in person at our event in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. We do not currently offer delivery.

1. Cancelling an order

  • You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before you collect it. Email us at flko.manager@gmail.com with your order number, or tell our staff at the pickup counter.
  • Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

2. Returns for change of mind

  • You may return items within 7 days of collection.
  • Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind, unless they are defective or not as described.
  • During the event (26 November – 7 December 2026) you can return items at the pickup counter. After the event, email us and we will arrange the return with you.

3. Defective, damaged or incorrect items

  • Please check your items at the pickup counter and tell our staff about any problem before leaving.
  • If you find a problem later, email us within 7 days of collection with your order number and photos. Where applicable law gives you a longer period, that period applies.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the currency of your payment.
  • We request the refund promptly after approving it. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • If your bank converts the amount into another currency, the final amount may differ because of exchange rates and bank fees.

5. Orders not collected

If you do not collect your order by the end of the event on 7 December 2026, we will contact you using the details you provided at checkout. As we do not offer delivery, if collection is not possible your order will be cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method.
