THE KORNER currently offers event pickup only. We do not offer home or courier delivery at this time.

Kuching event pickup

• Location: THE KORNER Kuching event, LAKMNS Gallery, Level G, Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
• Pickup period: 26 November – 7 December 2026, during event opening hours as displayed at the venue
• Pickup fee: Free

How it works

1. Choose your products and select Pickup at checkout.
2. Complete payment online. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number (for example, #1001).
3. Visit the pickup counter and show your order number and the name used at checkout.
4. Our staff confirm that the order is paid, hand over your items and mark the order as collected.

Good to know

• Only paid orders can be collected.
• Each order can be collected once. Orders already marked as collected cannot be collected again.
• Please check your items at the counter and tell our staff about any issue before leaving.
• Pickup at the event is operated with the support of our local partner in Malaysia, UTOSS Management Sdn. Bhd., on behalf of FLKO Co., Ltd.
• Orders not collected by 7 December 2026 are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
