1. About us

THE KORNER (thekorner.shop) is an online store operated by FLKO Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea, located at 52, Gyeryong-ro 920beonan-gil, Jung-gu, Daejeon 34964, Republic of Korea (email: flko.manager@gmail.com, tel: +82 42-221-3555). The store runs on the Shopify platform. Local event operations and pickup in Malaysia are supported by UTOSS Management Sdn. Bhd. on our behalf. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Pickup Policy.

2. Products

We offer Korean beauty products from multiple brands, using product information supplied by the brands. Product images are for illustration and packaging may change. Cosmetics are not medicines. Please read the ingredients and cautions, patch-test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • The payment methods available are those shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service providers, and we do not store full card details.
  • If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling your order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

4. Orders

A contract is formed when your payment is successfully completed and we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order with a full refund if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Pickup

Orders are currently collected in person at our Kuching event, as described in our Shipping & Pickup Policy. We do not currently offer delivery. Items are handed over only for paid orders, on presentation of the order number and the name used at checkout.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Reviews

  • You may submit reviews, ratings, photos or videos through our review service, Junip. Your content must be honest and based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful or infringe the rights of others.
  • By submitting content, you allow us to display it on the THE KORNER store. We will ask for your separate consent before using your content in other marketing.
  • We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Content on the store is owned by FLKO Co., Ltd. or used under licence from brands and other rights holders, and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the store. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
